Before you schedule a meeting.
Why consult a lawyer before signing a commercial contract?
A contract is easy to correct before it is signed, and hard to correct afterwards. A review identifies unbalanced clauses, liability risks and points to renegotiate while the relationship still allows it.
Does my company need to file with the CNDP?
As soon as it processes personal data (customers, prospects, employees), Law 09-08 generally requires a prior declaration to the CNDP, and an authorization for certain types of processing. The firm identifies the formalities that apply to your business and helps you complete them.
How can I protect my trademark in Morocco?
By filing it with OMPIC, after a trademark clearance search. The firm handles the filing, in Morocco and abroad.
Does the firm work with foreign companies?
Yes. Ms. Bennani advises companies and law firms based outside Morocco, in French and English, and can draw on the international IR Global network for matters involving other countries.
Can you draft the terms and conditions for my website?
Yes. The firm drafts and updates your website’s terms of use, terms of sale and privacy policy, tailored to the products and services you offer.
How does an initial meeting work?
[To be defined with Ms. Bennani: format, length, fee arrangements.]
